CV Submission Stage

Upon receipt of a candidate’s CV, we will promptly acknowledge its receipt via email or phone call.

Contact Stage

All candidate communications are logged in our system and managed in accordance with our internal protocols. Should a candidate contact MobileGraduate, we will either speak with them immediately or return their call within 24 hours, unless alternative arrangements have been made during the initial conversation.

Pre-Interview Preparation Stage

Candidates will always be provided with full details about the role. We will only submit a candidate’s CV for consideration with their prior consent. Following this, we will inform the candidate of our client’s feedback regarding their CV and suitability for the position.

Interview Stage

All candidates will receive confirmation of interview details, including verbal confirmation if the interview is scheduled for the same day. Following the interview, we will provide candidates with feedback from the client.

Offer/Placement Stage

Candidates will be given comprehensive details about any offers, including information on the type of work, hours, salary, benefits, notice period, and any health & safety considerations. We will issue formal contracts and placement letters. After placement, a consultant will visit the candidate on-site (unless restricted by factors such as security clearance). We will conduct a follow-up call within the first month of placement, and for the duration of the contract, contractors will receive regular check-ins at least once a month.

  • Professional Development & Training: We ensure that all members of our team receive continuous professional development and training to maintain the highest standards of service.

  • Interview Confirmation: Clients will receive written confirmation of interview details. All interview arrangements will also be verbally confirmed.

  • Clarification of Job Specifications: We take the time to thoroughly clarify job specifications to ensure we fully understand our clients’ needs and expectations.

  • Candidate Submission: We will only submit CVs of candidates who are genuinely interested in the role and meet the criteria outlined by the client.

  • Communication Tracking: All communication will be logged and tracked within our internal systems to maintain transparency and ensure effective follow-up.

  • Contract and Placement Letters: We issue hard copies of contracts and placement letters to ensure clarity and compliance.

  • Ongoing Contact: We will agree on an appropriate level of ongoing communication once the candidate has commenced their role, ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.

  • Quality Assessment Call: Clients will receive a quality assessment call within one month of the candidate’s placement to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

  • Single Point of Contact: Clients have the option to designate a single point of contact for all recruitment levels, streamlining communication and service delivery.

  • Face-to-Face Interviews: Every candidate we submit will have been interviewed in person by MobileGraduate, ensuring a thorough evaluation of their suitability.

  • Regular Candidate Updates: We contact candidates monthly to ensure the information we provide to clients remains accurate and up-to-date.

  • No Mass Mailings: We do not engage in mass mailing of candidate details to clients. All submissions are thoughtful, targeted, and relevant.

  • Honest Feedback: Following interviews, we provide candid and constructive feedback to both clients and candidates to foster transparency and continuous improvement.
